Wels/Hörsching, on 26 June 2009: At today’s extraordinary general meeting of Polytec Holding AG, the sale of the Peguform Group (Germany and Spain) by the Polytec Group (Hörsching, Austria) has been decided.

CROSS Motorsport Systems AG holds simple majority on share capital of Pankl Racing Systems AG

CROSS Motorsport Systems AG, a 100% subsidiary of CROSS Industries AG, acquired additional 12,711 shares of Pankl Racing Systems AG and holds now more than 50,1% of the capital stock of Pankl.
